When can I place an order?
Orders may be placed online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

When are orders shipped?
Orders are shipped Monday-Friday excluding holidays. Most of our orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. You will be notified via email once items have been shipped.

What shipping method do you use?
The majority of our orders ship via UPS, however, if you prefer a different method please specify in order notes so we can accommodate you. Note there may be additional fees incurred.

Will I be charged tax?
Taxes are added where applicable by law. Sales tax is only charged on items shipping to California. All other states are exempt from California State sales tax. For all international orders, please note that you will be responsible for all duties, tariffs, and taxes charged by your own country.

Will I be able to track my package?
Yes, when your package has been shipped we will send a confirmation email with a tracking number and the carrier information.

What are the shipping rates?
For the continental US the shipping rates are as followed:

Can I order online and pick up the merchandise in store?
Yes, of course. When viewing cart you can choose "In-store Pickup" option underneath shipping.

FAQs about RETURNS/EXCHANGES

What is hip'tique's return policy?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt for items that have not been worn, altered or washed with all tags attached for full refund less shipping costs. Shoes must be in original packaging. All returns must be authorized and assigned a Return Authorization (RA) number. Product must be shipped and postmarked within 14 days of receiving package. Items sent back without an RA number will not be accepted or approved for return.

How do I get a Return Authorization (RA) number?
Please email shop@hiptique.com to obtain RA number. You will receive an emailed response within 48 hours.

Does hip'tique cover shipping costs?
No, customer is responsible for all shipping costs. We do not refund original shipping costs.

When will my credit card be refunded?
Credit card will be refunded after package has been received and approved for refund. You will be notified via email when this transaction has taken place.

Am I allowed to exchange merchandise?
Yes, we accept exchanges. You will still need to request an RA number for the return. If exchange merchandise is unavailable, we will refund the cost less shipping.

If I receive an item as a gift, do I still need an RA number?
Yes, all returns must have an RA number.

What if the contents of the package are damaged or are the wrong size/color/item?
If we somehow screwed up your order, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your package. If it was our mistake, we will send you a pre-paid return label, shipping will be on us.

How do I send the merchandise back to hip'tique?
Print your RA confirmation email and include it in the package. Pack items securely in original package if possible. Write RA number visibly on outside of package. Returns without an RA will not be accepted. We advise you ship with an insured service in order to protect your return.

How long do I have to return a purchase?
We accept returns within 14 days of receipt of package. Keep in mind that it takes us 48 hours to issue an RA number. We will not issue a full refund for returns received after 14 days.

Will you accept any return?
We have the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
